These terms apply to the public HyenaPack company website. Individual applications will have their own terms when they launch. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
1. About this site
HyenaPack LLC provides this website for general information about the company, its practices, and publicly launched products. The site does not currently offer user accounts, purchases, or hosted product services.
2. Permitted use
You may browse and link to this site for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use automated traffic that unreasonably burdens the site, or use the site to violate another person’s rights.
3. Content and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, HyenaPack owns the website’s design, branding, copy, and original materials. “HyenaPack” and related marks may not be used in a way that suggests our sponsorship or endorsement without written permission.
Public code may be available through our GitHub organization. The license included with each repository governs that code; these website terms do not.
4. Links and product information
This site may link to GitHub, product domains, stores, or other third-party services. Those services are responsible for their own content and terms. Product descriptions are informational and may change as software develops.
HyenaPack does not currently accept payments through this company website. Before a paid product launches, its product site or store listing explains its price, renewal terms when applicable, cancellation process, and refund policy. Our company-wide baseline is available in our payments, refunds, and cancellation policy.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, HyenaPack disclaims warranties concerning the site’s uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, HyenaPack will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this company website. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
